[wmx] itsy bitsy bug erata & ideea

Whoops sorry - only wmx-5 affected, 5sec4 works ok.

And the ideea:

an #define CONFIG_USE_WMAKER_CHANNEL_KEYS True|False in Config.h
and two #if|#else|#endif with a small code change to make WindowMaker
users feel at home (changing channels with Alt-1 to Alt-0 instead of
Alt-F1 ... Alt-F12)
