[wmx] resizing qt-kde windows

Hi,

I am using wm2 since 2 years now. Thanks for that light piece of 
software to all  who have contributed something to wm2.

Since a few days I use qcad quite often. In wm2 it is not possible to 
resize qt-kde windows using the lower right corner of the window. I can 
change the width using the right upper corner of the window. I don't 
know where the problem is.
