There are some problems with the buttons patch I sent to the list --
notably it breaks CONFIG_GNOME_BUTTON_COMPLIANCE

I've got an updated patch for wmx-6 which i never quite got around to
posting so I'll get myself a copy of the current CVS tree later on and
tweak it to work against that.
