I don't really know, i saw them two days ago, too. Some investigation
yielded that these are the 'resize-corner' windows. So I think these
errors can be safely ignored now. I'll dig a little deeper, and make
them go away again.

These errors have nothing to do with netscape (as i'm currently not
running it, and getting these errors, too).

OTOH, I never expirienced any hangs with netscape anyway. Just sometimes
wmx tries to capture a java applet with a frame.
