You need to define two monitors (and modes if necessary) in XF86Config and
then something like this below ServerLayout:

  Option       "Clone" "off"
  Option       "Xinerama" "on"
  Screen       "Screen[0]"
  Screen       "Screen[1]" RightOf "Screen[0]"

Don't know, is this "Clone" for xinerama or not..
