[wmx] Using those Win95 keys

How can I use those Windows95 menu keys on my keyboard
to pop up the root and application menus?

Does anyone else like the option of putting the apps
at the bottom of the root menu?  with my two-button
pointing-stick thingy on my lap top, the middle mouse
button is really kind of a pain.

Not that I'm complaining...
