[wmx] MENU_KEYS

Hi,

Just downloaded wmx-5sec5 and noticed one thing.  In the version I was
previously using, one could define a CLIENT_MENU_KEY and a COMMAND_MENU_KEY.
The definitions were, of course, in Config.h and the code was in Buttons.C
and Client.C.  Currently we have MENU_KEY which functions like CLIENT_MENU_KEY.

Couldn't we get the code to support both menus via the keyboard back into
the distribution please?  It is very handy and makes wmx only a few bytes
bigger.
